Mind-blowing experience! The staff at this place were super friendly and kind. We stayed in a family dorm with sturdy and comfortable bunk beds that had no weird sounds. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean. The location was jaw-droppingly perfect, right in the heart of Little India with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a short walk to the MRT station. The air conditioning worked like a charm and the free breakfast of toast, spreads, and a fruit was a great start to the day. With 24-hour reception and a convenience store, this place was ideal for first-time travelers and backpackers like us. Plus, we had access to free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, and an elevator. an amazing and satisfying experience!

So many local eateries nearby, I ate until I couldn't move! Free breakfast, an airport pick-up service, and a library? I felt like royalty. Oh, and let's not forget the high standard of service and amenities.

I had to actually prepare my own meals in the shared kitchen. Can you believe it?

I enjoyd staying in this accommodation for 3 nights. I stayed a female dormitory. The inside of the room was very neat and and clean. The most I liked was I could control the air-conditioner I wanted. All staffs were kind even though I left there early in the morning(3:30am). One of them caught a taxi for me at that time. Also, I could have breakfast(toasts, boiled eggs, a fruit). An excellent budget accomodation

The location was not too bad but it took more than 10 minutes at the first time to get there. Once you know the location. It doesn't take long time(about 5mins) to get the mrt station. They provide clean bed sheets(bottom & blanket) but they don't provide any towel so I borrowed it with 1sgd. And fortunately, I brought shampoo, conditioner & body wash. You can buy these things through reception if you need. The hard thing was the bathroom/toilet was in the (female dormitory) room so if your roommates come late and they take shower at night, you can't avoid hearing the water sound.

The room at Mitraa Inn was really cozy and comfortable. The bunk beds were simply furnished but provided a good night's sleep. The personal safe was a great addition for keeping my belongings secure. I also liked having access to a common kitchenette with a microwave and hot/cold water dispenser.

I wasn't a big fan of the shared bathrooms.

I always return to my favorite inn in Singapore. The staff gave me plug adaptors during my first stay. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, lift, and breakfast. Already booked for Christmas!

Lovely staff, accommodating and informative. Upgraded our room without us asking. Free breakfast with water, spreads, and fruit. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Convenient location near subway. Socket and light for phone. Will recommend and stay again if passing through.

I loved the fact that there were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the free breakfast was just the cherry on top! The airport pick-up service and library were also great amenities.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi occasionally decided to play hide and seek with me. How thrilling!

I stayed at Mitraa Inn for a wedding and checked out the next morning. The bunk beds were suitable for backpackers, and the staff was extremely friendly. The location was convenient, near MRT Farrer Park, and close to City Square Mall, Mustafa Centre, Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, and Masjid Aguilera. The room was comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast included unlimited toast and fruits. a great value for money stay.

Would recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were warm and kind, providing excellent service. The beds in the family dorm were superb, clean, and sturdy. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, with toast and fruits. The convenience of having a bus stop right in front of the inn was a plus. There were ample choices of halal food nearby for Muslim guests. The inn had a small shop for snacks and drinks. The location was perfect, with Farrer Park MRT and Mustafa Center within walking distance.

Felt like home, no complaints at all.

The rooms at Mitraa Inn are simply furnished, which gives them a cozy and laid-back feel. As a trekker, I loved the bunk beds that provided a unique and adventurous vibe to the room. The personal safe was an added bonus, allowing me to securely store my belongings.

The only downside for me was that the bathrooms were either shared or en suite. Personally, I prefer private bathrooms, but I understand that others may not mind.

The value for money at this budget hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, with a well-kept bathroom. The location was convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby and a bus stop right in front. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could be improved with the addition of reading lights at each bed to allow guests to do their own activities without disturbing others in the room.
